What this quote means is that you gotta set a goal and make it happen later in life for example if you want to be a doctor set a goal and make it happen take classes you need to become a doctor dont wait till the last minute begin now you have set a goal and that goal that you set you have to accomplish and starting now because every goal is achievable big or small every goal could be accomplish.
